Publishing of Energy Rates

Pursuant to the provisions of article 138 of Law 4951/2022 (ΦΕΚ Α’ 129/04.07.2022) on the establishment of special transitional measures regarding the supply of electricity aiming to ease the financial burden ignited by the energy crisis, the application of the revaluation clause or any such clause, which is linked to the price fluctuations in the wholesale market of fluctuating electricity supply tariffs, is suspended for the time period 01.08.2022-30.09.2023.

Electricity suppliers are obligated to announce, on a monthly basis, in a distinct place on their websites, by the end of the month (Μ-1) before the application month (Μ), the fixed charges and electricity supply charges for the energy and power part that concern the supply tariffs on which the suspension of the revaluation clause applies. Especially for the first period of application (08.2022), the announcement of the electricity supply rates must be performed by 31.07.2022.
